You need fresh: 14.1 oz of ground meat (pork, beef or mixed)5.29 oz of mushrooms3.38 !.oz (1/2 cup) of whipping cream or half & half Preparation: 1. Season the ground meat with salt and pepper and form approx. 15 small meatballs. Clean mushrooms andcut into quarters. 2. Brown meatballs in some hot oil on medium heat about 6 minutes all around. Add mushrooms and sautéwith the meatballs. 3. Slide the meatballs on a side of the skillet, add 1 1/2 cups of cold water and 1/2 cup (3.38 !.oz) of whippingcream or half & half and stir in the content of this package. Bring to a boil while stirring and cook on low heatfor about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
