Used in Autoshop every day, so far holding up really well.
we use it in our autoshop every day, and working well , a lot cheaper than a Milwaukie and just as good. Uses the same batteries so fits in our mix of tools very well .

NO regrets on this purchase
Had to install a hitch on my vehicle, required removal of four 19mm bolts holding the bumper in place. Already tried with wrench, breaker bar, no luck. Did the research on this impact wrench, 900ft lbs at $99 is pretty good, already had milwaukee batteries/charger, so took a chance. Heard you could just use a regular socket with an impact and shouldn't have an issue, didn't seem right. Tried with regular socket and the bolts wouldn't budge. Went and picked up an impact socket not expecting a difference.. the impact wrench ripped off all four rusted bolts with 10 seconds. Absolutely worth the money but you need impact sockets to eliminate any play and utilize the impact wrench to its full capability. Anybody having issues is probably using regular sockets.

Solid tool. Excellent performance.
Looks, feels, and functions much like the Milwaukee version. Clearly not as solid construction, but I used it to replace the entire suspension on my Rzr and it performed beautifully. Nothing was too much for it - and many of the components on my Rzr were original, ten years old, and rusted into place.

power and torque.
Has plenty of power and torque. I rotated 4 tires and the battery was still showing just on light below full charge.

Awesome
Absolutely love it and I have a snapon and Matco impacts and this thing is smaller and stronger than them and for the price it really is unbelievable

Nice Impact
Accepts my M18 batteries. Great power, easily removed lug nuts from Toyota Sequoia. Looks to be good quality construction. Perfect for the DIY shop at a super great price.

Works well
If you have Milwaukee tools and batteries, then this is the best bang for your buck. Works fantastic and the price is right.

It's nice. It works, but...
It's a nice impact. Feels good in hand. Not to heavy. Tested it at work, yeah, not 900 ft/lbs of reverse torque as stated. I would say 500-600 at best. The hammer/anvil feels pretty light when it strikes. It had a very hard time loosening lugs torqued at 475 ft/lbs. It took a good while of hammering before it even moved. Not bad for the price though. I would spec this in the medium torque range category. Should really consider going with actual specs and not inflated numbers.
