I’ve been very happy with this panini press. It heats up quickly and cooks sandwiches evenly with a nice crispy finish. I’ve also used it for grilling other foods, which makes it even more versatile. I love it. It’s easy to clean. It’s very well-made. It heats up quickly there’s a light that tells you when it’s ready and it’s a floating that means your sandwich or your steak or your crunch wrap whatever you’re putting in there doesn’t get squeezed out when you close the lid. Do you understand it’s open in the back so the top just sits on the bottom there’s a spring holding it together so you can put a big thing in there if you’d like it’s compact it’s attractive. It wiped right clean even after it was cooled off I love it.

I haven’t written a review in a while, but I’m impressed with this grill. Now the first thing that we have to make clear is that I only bought this appliance for one reason and that is to make sandwiches. My old sandwich grill was cheap and worn out and went to the old Appliance graveyard so I began researching for another one. I looked at hundreds of different grills on Amazon and read all of these reviews and I was like wait a minute I don’t need all of this. I just wanna be able to make a quick, tasty sandwich, maybe make a Cuban. I’m not cooking any steaks, eggs, bacon anything like that plus I did not wanna have a mess to clean up. I mean, who doesn’t use cheese on a sandwich and every time I would have a mess with the old grill when it came to cleaning up the cheese, that woul inevitably ooze off and end up a hard sticky mess on the grill plate. Well, this grill has an amazing plate. It is truly nonstick. You can wipe it with a paper towel after every use and it comes just as clean as it was when you bought it I’m telling you if you want something just to make sandwiches with and you want an easy cleanup at a reasonable price get this Chef man grill. You will not be sorry.. You might even save a few bucks!

I am highly impressed with the performance of this Chefman Panini Press Grill! It heats up incredibly fast and the floating hinge easily adjusts to fit everything from thin grilled cheeses to heavily stuffed panini sandwiches. The non-stick coating works wonderfully to create perfect, crispy grill marks without needing extra cooking spray, and opening it flat to 180 degrees makes it versatile enough to grill burgers and veggies. My only reservation, and the reason for dropping one star, is that it completely lacks temperature control. Because it runs at a single, preset heat level, you have to keep a very close eye on your food to ensure it doesn't burn before the cheese is fully melted inside. Despite that limitation, it is a sleek, reliable appliance that does its job very well.

It works very well, let you know when it heated up and ready to use, even it's durable but it started sparking the outlet. I tested multiple things to my outlet and so far the item is the only one causing the problem. NOW it is good item but I wish it had a power switch to turn it off and on so It wouldn't caused the sparking

I received this panini press grill yesterday and tried it for my sandwiches. It’s very compact and looks good on the counter. It works ok, heats up in about a 1-2 minutes and makes nice grilled sandwiches. Seems it’s easy to clean and the fact you can open it and cook on both sides adds extra cooking space. What I was surprised in the reviews that no one mentioned one inconvenience- you need to plug and unplug it to turn it on and off. To me it’s very inconvenient and definitely a design flaw. Otherwise it’s great.
