Way Better than expected!!!
Much better than expected. Wish they had this tech when I started my career 20 yrs ago. Here is a game changer, add a package of cleaning wipes to the top of the liner and now you have hot towels to go.

Good customer service
Update: company contacted me to make right on the damaged items. 5 stars for customer service. The good: heats up well, nice looking, makes stones and bamboo sticks portable. The bad: I've only had this for a few months using 2x a month and the inner lining bag has ripped at the seam of the zipper (very thin and poorly sewn) with no replacement option. Also, most important the handle is sewn to elastic poorly and the stitching is coming undone... kind of the point of having a travel bag. Pretty disappointed at the shoddy craftsmanship.

Convenience for any LMT
Excellent set of stones. I love the travel bag, but it has already started to rip at the handles stitching. It think the seam isnt strong enough for the weight. But, I love the convenience of plug in and they are warm. Heats up quickly with the shut off after several hours.

Great customer service!
I love this heated bamboo and stone set. Itโs a great size and works wonderfully. It can get very hot so be mindful of the temperature setting. I had an issue with the inner bag I received but customer service was awesome!!! They gave me two replacement inner bags free of charge and were very helpful. I definitely recommend this brand ๐

Not worth it
Worked once and hasn't heated up since. The return window closed unfortunately before I realized.

This Set WORKS!
I bought it and this is PERFECT for my clients. It gets super hot, set it up before you start your massage. I personally work from the legs up to the torso so by the time I get there, the stones are fully heated.
