This is the best body filler that I have used ! Easy to use, durable and easy to sand.

This stuff is awesome! I investigated how to sand normal "bondo" (the pink stuff) since it kept clogging up my sand paper. Plus it would take forever to dry in the cold. Most people suggested this 3M filler over the normal Bondo brand. I couldn't be happier! OMG! Its twice as expensive as normal "bondo" but it applies like a thick cream and lays down without normally any bubbles. It sands like a dream and I find myself using the same sandpaper for a really long time without it clogging up. The longer that you leave this to harden the easier it sands. Plus it cures even in temperatures around 35F which I have unfortunately been working in lately trying to finish a project. Also, having repainted other cars and seen professional work I know for a fact that this stuff is what pro shops use. So it has a lot of durability and trust by the pros who repair cars. Anyways, I couldn't be happier and in the future when I run out of filler from this can I will be buying more. Its totally worth it to me for sandability, cureability, and durability.

I use this primary on fiberglass and occasionally Aluminum, super strong easy to sand and tackless. Does peel from Aluminum like Bondo does. Update 10/2025 Tried a few other less expensive brands, came back to this, by far my opinion this is superior to any other I've tried. Expensive but worth the cost imo

This was my second gallon of this stuff. It works great. It does clog the finer grits of sandpaper but what filler doesn’t. This is very fine and creamy and will be useful as a glazing compound so you’ll save a few bucks not buying that. I would like to see a little more of the catalyst included as I’m running out of it before the gallon is used up. It’s price it less than the local stores and free shipping means it’s on the doorstep without driving.

PROS: This works very well. It spreads easily, and dries fast, then sands easily. Minimal pin holes, if any. CONS: Comes in 1 gallon can that is only 3/4 full. I went through 4 cans so far that has added up in price, which would actually only be 3 full cans for the price of 4. Product starts to harden within 3-4 minutes, not 8 minutes, as suggested in directions. Product shrinks pretty significantly as it hardens, making a lot of work in building up even small low spots. Must sand between coats, or it will peel off the under layer.

Do yourself a favor and get this filler. Absolutely boss sauce. Quick, easy.

Great material, mixes and spreads super smooth and is super easy to sand once its ready. no pinholes, and when mixed correctly lots of time to get it "just right" A little more expensive than some brands, but I believe I will be changing brands to this 3M product. Super Fan Goatman
