Good: 1) Product works well. 2) Really happy with the way it cleans. Bad: 1) No additional spare nozzles. Its a plastic nozzle, please add a spare along with the flosser. 2) The way perfora has bundled the spare nozzle along with a tongue scraper is nothing short of a scam. Had I known about it before, would have gone with a different product. A request to the perfora team - Please allow users to buy additional nozzles without the tongue scraper. Spending 380 bucks on 2 small plastic tubes is nothing but expensive. That too one the tubes need to be thrown away because it has zero use to most.
