This machine is extremely efficient. Very easy to use, very quiet and is economic. I am delighted with it.

Dimensions Supplied are Incorrect
Dimensions stated on both Amazon and Samsung are misleading, The depth is Stated at 550mm this is the smallest dimension, due to the shape of the Machine the actual depth is 610mm. You also need to allow 50mm of space behind the machine,So if fitting under a standard worktop (600mm) The front of the machine will be 60mm proud.

Some problems
Sadly not over impressed with my new washing machine :( When washing is on there is sometimes an awful buzzing noise and the washing powder that i put in the correct draw doesnt all dissolve. Gutted :(

Samsung Washing Machine
I've had it about a month. Arrived promptly well packaged. Nice machine, works well, spins the clothes just right. Good selection of washes.When my 4 year old grand son was here it suddenly stopped working. The company that supplied it kindly rang me and between us we managed to work out that he had put the child lock on....ironic or what!!!Stephanie

Do not buy!
I didn't register for the extended "5 years warranty". Washing machine stopped turning ( rotating ) after 2 years and a few months. Called Samsung - they told me that there is nothing they can do. Why do you have to register when it is advertised with a 5 years warranty? Stay away!

Washing machine turned up not working
I purchased this machine (from Curry's). Despite paying for installation, the installers could not get this machine to work. A brand new machine turned up not working - disgraceful. Delivery guy said "I'll be honest with you, these are our most returned machines. So many people have problems with them". I sent it straight back - have looked on other sites and many others have had problems too with these machines. Seems to be pure luck whether this machine works or not. I would avoid.

This has to be the best washing machine we have ever bought. Quiet; great choice of programmes; and even better it is extremely economical to run, Highly recommended.Supplier was also first class.
