I suffered multiple spinal injuries several years ago.Suffering daily spasms which recently caused a cracked rib. Technically this is supporting the thoracic region I need most.I do prefer a hug feeling on my lumber but this isn't designed for that. My rib has eased and has a lot more support due to this device. Others are saying it uncomfortable which I disagree with and assume they have purchased the wrong size...I've tried many of these over the years and this seems tougher and will last well into next year and beyond.I can officially comment due to breaking T1 T8 T9 T10 and suffering medical issues as stated above...This does help correct the spine alignment and eases muscle spasms.Please make sure the straps go through the loop at the back then attach at the front my friend spotted my mistake within an hour...I will update this on the future...I place over a thin membrane material...

I bought this back support for my son who recently suffered from backache. He has been wearing this support religiously for a few weeks. To my relief, he said it has helped his backache significantly. It was quite awkward to put it at first, but after awhile, it was fine. The shoulder straps must pass through the loop at the back then it needs to be wrapped to the front and secured and fastened with Velcro. It should feel firm, but most importantly, you should feel comfortable wearing it.The material of the straps and the vest seems of high quality. For the price and the quality , i'd say this back support is a good value product. And especially when it worked as it should, it deserves a 5 star.My son is tall and slim build. M fit him perfectly. For a bigger person, L would be better.

I suffer from chronic back pain and having a job that sits in the office all day, i struggle at times. Thats why i thought i need some support on my back apart from havinga poor posture.Saw this one and thought i woild give it a go.I am a size 18 and their large size is just right for me, with a bit more to spare.I was impressed with the quality of the product. There is also 3 hard plastic on the back inbetween the lining for back support. That is good but because of that, this can only be folded in a specific way. To be honest, the 3 plastic to support your back actually feels good. It is as if it keeps my back staright and it is well protected. It diesnt hurt me at all nor feel it.The instruction and packing could be improved a bit. I had a hard time figuring out which one is front and which is the back. Or which one on top and what goes where. After a few tries, i did manage to figure it out and it is comfortable.I have tried a few like this but jone of yjem could compare. All the issues i found with the others, i didnt find it here.This didnt hurt my shoulder blade or shoulder when trying to get the right posture. The material is soft. Others dig in to my skin.I didnt have any issues taking it off. Just remove the velcro and it drops. Others, i needed someone to take it off for me.Overall, i am happy with my purchase and would recommend this to correct posture or for back support. This might be slightly bigger than others out there but trust me, this one works. Small/compact things are sometimes compromised.

I am using this product to help my posture, I sit at a computer for hours doing my job. I slouch and it becomes a habit. When I exercise I find my neck and shoulders are in agony. I've tried sitting up straight but it's no good, I need some help. The support seems very helpful so far (early days). I am 6 foot tall with a 44 inch chest, 36 inch waist, 16 stone and reasonably big build, but not fat, and the product is ideal with plenty of adjustment in any case. The build quality seems good. My only minor concern is that the way the straps go under the armpits, they start to itch after around 20 minutes of use, I normally wear the support over a tee shirt, I'll try other clothing to see if it helps, but apart from that one minor gripe, the product seems excellent.

This is a good product for anyone who has poor posture or back pain in general, I'd highly recommend it to offer to anyone who has a bad posture. It's cheap and effective. I've been wearing it for 4 days or so and it offers a lot of support. I bought the large one which is a bit big for me but it's still good. The material doesn't seem to be breaking apart anywhere I wish I had known of this earlier.

Bought for my elderly father who wanted some support to help with his walking by keeping his back straight. He followed the instructions about gradually increasing the time to wear and he found it did give him more support helping him to stay upright. He had originally ordered a different brand which was more expensive and did up differently but it was out of stock - he is glad that he has got this one instead as the velcro fastenings make it a lot easier to adjust. Certainly has helped him

Bought to help heal a prolapsed disk in base of spine. Instructions useless and definitely a two person job. Once sorted though, instant relief. My partner noticed instance posture improvement and the pain I'd been suffering almost non existent.Comments to seller: Sort out proper fitting instructions and recommended usage time in one hit. I had to revert back to my order for ideas how to fit and how long to use before taking a break

I’ve already feel that this is helping correcting my poor back posture. I’ve been wearing it now for 20 minutes per day just to get into the swing of it and its really comfortable, lightweight and doesn’t get in the way.The only issue I have is that I ordered the large size which at the time was the only one available but instead I was sent extra-large. it would also have been nice if it arrived in the actual box and packaging the manufacturer would have supplied it in as oppose to a sealable plastic bag.
