Q: Do you have some manual or experience book with the system?

I don't remember it coming with much more than a basic manual. It's not really a "educational system" as such, more for experimenting. But in that mode of use it is very good.

Q: 1) The product description uses the phrase “available and uncommitted.” What does that phrase mean? 2) Does it come with leads and if so how many?

This mean that the items are available for use but not dependent on other installed components. Use the connections as if you placed the same item on the breadboard.
