Mixes well with a shaker in water. Pleasant taste good texture. Works well as a meal replacement gods hunger at bay for me.

I bought this meal replacement as it was one of the few "keto" on the market. The ingredient are great and it does help with the keto lifestyle. The taste is a bit weird at first but you get used to it. The worst things is that it gives me a stomach ache every time. I really hope an improved version will be coming out soon.

I bought vanilla and chocolate .I don't know what is in it but make sick and dizzy.In past I have been using Atkins shakes quite happily decide to change and made mistake.Using them 4 days and felt terrible gone in bin.

great taste and keeps me full for long. keeps me in keto even when I mix it with berries.suggest to start with half dosage if not used to high MCT products. once you are well in keto will be easier to digest high fat meals.
