Good, but make sure your ceilings are high enough.
This is a well made and fun video to train with. It's the best thing I've found outside of a real teacher, and much cheaper! Only thing is, make sure the room you plan to train in is tall enough for you and your boka. I have a scar on my ceiling, but it taught me a lesson.
