Took this everyday, twice a day, as recommended, and nothing. Really there was no taste even though it turns the water a dark green. But I did not have the effects it promised. I didn’t cough up anything or breath any better as a former smoker

Black seed oil, derived from the seeds of Nigella sativa. Loaded with benefits worth checking out.This product has 3% thymoquinone; a low but fair amount of Thymoquinone. Better value can be had elsewhere (not that I rate on price). Not sure what makes it a tincture, other than the added ingredients, but it doesnt list if those ingredients are contributing to the benefit of the tincture. If not, then it is just added ingredients, and I would suggest just finding a pure high quality oil (which will offer a lot more product for the price).I usually just buy black seed oil, add a little to water, and chug. There is no way I am just putting this under my tongue. The other suggestion is to add to 8 ounces of water. That makes it doable. Though again, I prefer to add to just a little water (enough to get it down).No surprises with this product. What I ordered and what I got are same. While it is not my preferreed style of black seed oil, it seems good.If brand new to black seed oil, please know that it simply does not taste good. I mean, I dont think it tastes bad, but it is very strong and off putting. I am used to it. Very concentrated thyme taste, and can expect some burps later with same taste. It's a supplement, not all taste like candy. This one can be a hard one (especially if brand new to it), but its is my go-to when feeling run down, or have any sort of issue whatsoever. There is a reason why it is referred to as the cure for everything but deaath.generous 4 stars (3.5 if I could)

Tried the under the tongue for faster absorption, not a good taste. I had to add the subsequent drops in my hot tea to get past the taste. Does this help me, I don't know. Is it convenient, yes. The bottle is small and can fit in your bathroom or kitchen cabinet with ease. I will finish this bottle and see if I notice any difference.
