Update 09/19/18: The sent me a replacement and that works perfectly!I primarily bought this charger to charge my apple watch. As a previous reviewer stated it takes a long time for the apple watch to charge (over 3 hours from less than 10% battery life). It probably also took so long because the charger would intermittently stops charging the watch and I would have to push the power indicator to get it to start charging again. I've used it twice to charge my watch and twice to charge my phone and there is still plenty of juice left, however for the price point and how intermittently stops charging... it's going back.

I’m running an ultra marathon soon, and was looking for a portable charger for my iPhone 8 Plus and Apple Watch 3.Received a defect. After charging the charger to full, I was able to charge my iPhone but not my watch. The magnet works, but it just won’t charge.I can tell it’s a high quality product (if it worked). Although a lot bigger and bulkier than it looks, it does provide 10,000mAh which is very reasonable for that price.

This allows me to carry one less piece while traveling.I can charge my iPhone and Apple watch, if they start running low.At night, I place the charger sideways next to hotel bed and attach my Apple watch to view it in Nightstand mode.

Absolutely perfect for my needs. I have an apple watch, iPhone and an iPad. The battery pack charges all my devices and still has plenty of juice left to charge everything a couple more times. I highly recommend and would buy again.

It’s been working fine until today. Now it won’t charge my watch. iPhone charging works but the main reason for buying this was to charge my watch while traveling. This is the second product I’ve gotten on Amazon and both don’t work. I’m wondering if there are a lot of bad products for Apple products being made unless it’s made by Apple themselves I’d be wary of these products.

Great idea but wireless charging was working on and off and now does not work anymore .Waste of money now.. I loved the concept, the form factor. I just hope that they will do something for my product. It seems you may have a firmware issue...

Charges my phone through the built i cable with lightning connector and also charges my watch at night while I am camping.

Works as described, you do get a lot of charges out of it. Just much slower to charge your phone and watch then I am used to. Really appreciate the compact size and built in cable and watch charger. I would be great if the cable to charge the unit could somehow be built in or attached. I did find when charging non apple devices the pack sometimes powers off

The packaging is great. Small and easy to carry around not heavy at all. You get a carry pouch with it which was very happy to see it. You can charge your phone and your Apple Watch at the same time. The cable for the phone is non retractable from the brick. The part I don’t like is that for the Apple Watch the power supple is only 1A so it takes long to charge but still helpful to have around.

This product did exactly what it is described as, charges my iPhone X and Apple watch perfectly. Battery life is as advertised as well.Amazing for travel and those long days.
