Delicious Blueberry Muffins from a Box - Makes a Dozen Tasty Muffins
The Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix is a delicious and super convenient breakfast/snack to make quickly when you don't have a lot of time, or when traveling. When our family goes skiing, we like to stay in a cabin and get out on the slopes as quickly in the morning as we can. While warm oatmeal is usually enough to get our morning started, the Krusteaz muffin mix can be made just as quickly and can be easily taken on the go. All you need to do is mix the flour mixture with water, oil, and eggs, rinse and toss in the blueberries, then bake for 18-52 minutes, depending on what baking vessel you put the mix in. Muffins take about 18 minutes, while a loaf pan takes up to 52 minutes. The muffins are lightly sweet with a delicious blueberry flavor. The blueberries are canned and a nice juicy blueberry flavor to the muffins. We've tried other brands of muffin mix that use dried blueberries and they're just not the same. While the packaged mix just doesn't compare with homemade blueberry muffins, these are pretty close and still really tasty. If you want a more "homemade" taste, use milk instead of water and butter instead of oil - it tastes way better with those small substitutions! Overall, great convenience muffin mix for mornings when you just don't have the time, or for when traveling and you just don't have the space to carry all those ingredients.

Tasty & Easy to Make
I made these yesterday & they turned out great. They are easy to make & taste delicious for a boxed mix. You only need 2 eggs, vegetable oil, & water. These can be mixed easily by hand using a spoon (mixer is not needed). The box contains the mix & a small container of tiny blueberries that you strain & add into the mix. Are these as good as the ones you buy from a bakery? Of course not. But for a boxed mix, under $1.90 (shipped), these are pretty good. ;)

YUM! Quick, easy and as good as from scratch . . .
First rate!Don't bother making these from scratch. These are just as good and SO much easier and quicker to make. The can of little wild Maine blueberries (like Betty Crocker's version) makes these special. The instructions have you throwing away the juice they come in but if you can't bear to do that you can add it to the mix in place of the water. The look of the muffins is much less appealing, but the blueberry taste is enriched.(I'd have taken a photo but they were all eaten before I had a chance!)NOTE: Better than Betty Crocker's version, which I liked until I found these and like much more.

My kids love baking!
My son especially enjoys baking these muffins. Sometimes he leaves out the tin of blueberries and instead will add in a random mix-in that we have in the kitchen; such as crumbled chocolate chip cookies or vanilla wafers. They always cook perfectly and make my home smell SO yummy! I love how easy they are to make and the budget friendly price. He has also made a small round "cake" from combining 2 boxes of mix. Just as yummy!

Krusteaz Wild Blueberry Muffin Mix
I dearly love this muffin mix. I make it in a loaf pan and slice it thick and freeze it to thaw and eat as wanted. It is quick, easy and delicious. I add pecan pieces to mine because I love nut bread. Lots of flavor and a great bargain.

Easy to make and I like the "fresh" blueberries
I had not tried these before, but I wanted to make the kids a quick treat. Very easy to make. The first time I made it I used cupcake papers and the next time I made it in a bread pan. I prefer the bread pan because it is less waste and doesn't' stick to the papers. I like the little can of blueberries, I was thinking these would just be dry berries included in the mix but they are actually berries in a can that you rinse off and mix into the mixture.
