LED Sensor Light 12W, Warm White (3000K) [Energy Class E]

So far so good, product instruction is in German which doesn’t matter as it is really straight forward to wire up. Fitted this in our cloakroom so that our 2 year old daughter can go to toilet without us having to turn the light on and off for her. The quality appears to feel cheap bit isnof a really good built quality. It says warm light but it is between warm and cool to me. The sensor is really responsive and activated just on opening the door which is really good as it is instantly on before going in. I would certainly recommend this product to others and for the money brilliant value. I ordered this lunchtime ish and arrived same day at 8 pm. Overall 5 stars

Easy to fit - it attaches to the ceiling with 3 screws (supplied). It is lightweight so can be attached to most ceilings. Pass the cable from the ceiling through a hole in the light, then slot the live and neutral wires into labelled holes and fix with the little screws. The cover is very easy to replace by twisting the central cap.The light is quite bright, a bit too bright for our porch really, so would also be good in a cupboard, small bathroom, passageway etc.Note that the first time you switch it on, the light will come on regardless of your settings - leave it a few minutes before testing the motion sensor.There are two adjustable knobs inside the light, one to control how long the light stays on after it’s been activated, and one to control whether it comes on in daylight, in low light, or only in the dark. I turned the light sensor to the darkest setting (a little moon symbol) and it works exactly how I want in the porch, only activating when it’s dark (there is a small amount of ambient light from street lamps and the window in the front door). The timing is set to the middle setting and it stays on longer than I need really, but I’d rather that than have it switch off before I’ve finished unloading the car. Because it’s easy to remove and replace the cover of the light, it’s not too much of a pain to readjust these settings if necessary. The motion sensor seems very effective, and I’m pleased it isn’t set off from the other side of the door so it’s not coming on every time someone walks through the hall.The unit does feel quite flimsy and plastic, and it’s not a thing of beauty, but is plain and unobtrusive. It seems quite expensive for what it is, and the instructions are all in German, so you’ll need to figure it out from the tiny diagrams and common sense if you don’t read German.

Purchased this unit to replace a florescent fitting that used to flicker a lot before coming on and then took about two minutes to reach a decent level of brightness. This unit is fantastic, full brightness immediately, and with adjustable settings for length of time the light stays on and for the level of light that keeps the unit from operating, it is perfect for the hallway.This unit arrived quickly and took about ten minutes to fit, with a few return visits to it with a screwdriver to adjust the settings for optimum results.12 Watt version is very bright.Highly recommended.

Perfect as a porch light, very easy to install as a replacement for an existing light fixture with no additional cable runs needed. I think it looks good and works as expected, light is bright with a wide spread. Great value for money.

It’s a domestic light with a PIR but for indoor use only and even if it was useful for outdoor ( reason why we ought it) instructions are only in German

Ordered 2 of these and both had an annoying humming sound when the light was off. Ended up returning and found the exact same fixture under a different brand at toolstation for cheaper and no humming. Look for "V-TAC VT-13 LED Dome Light With Sensor".

Required a light in our porch to locate keyhole when arriving home late at night , this unit suited our requirements.It is compact , aesthetically pleasing , sensitive to movement and very bright. Easy to fit by any competent DIY enthusiast , wiring consists of a live, neutral and earth clearly marked on the unit. The instructions are written in German but of no consequence as the end result is easily achieved, there is no facility to have the light on constantly but have not found that to be an issue . Early days to comment on reliability but so far very pleased with it.

This is just a must. Looks great, works great and I've had mine for more than 2 years.... Saving electricity. You just don't need a light switch any more. You can set the length of light you need. I have mine in the hall and one down stairs and one up stairs. The light follows me and only stays on for 15 seconds or as I am visible to the sensor. Super!
