Can this be used without physical switches and only for control with via z-wave?

I need similar that can run from 12-18vdc power, so I can relay some aux devices that also run on 12-18vdc. Do they make it?

I haven't found 1 for 18vdc So I used it to turn a 110v ac in 18vdc out powersupply on and off I know it's involved but it what I did

Will these work on GFCI circuits? I have 2 outdoor lights that are on ground fault circuits and all of the zwave switches I have tried trip the gfci.

Does it click when on/off? If yes, how loud?

Any relay will make a sound when clicked so you will hear it when it's switched on and off. It's not too loud, just like your average 15A relay.
