How can I get a refund?It’s total waste of money. When it came both the batteries were fully charged. When it was used the batteries did not last more than 20 minutes each. When put for recharging then even after 24 hrs of charging for one battery, it didn’t last even for 5 minutes! Don’t buy this product unless you want to use it for five minutes then wait forever for the batteries to charge!Then when using, you have to stop, remove the blade clean the grass that has got stuck and then use!!Keep in mind you will need 10 extra batteries. I don’t think extra batteries are availed also.

Product is okay for small lawn, battery last for 40-45 mins but my battery charger stopped working after 20 days.No customer support is the saddest part.

The media could not be loaded.  Best deal for the price of 2k.Only disadvantage is to plugin a wire and use it. They also have wireless one which is bit expensive.Trims well and suits best for small lawn. Go for it 👍🏻
