NUSAVA Organic Vitamin D3 K2 Drops with MCT Oil, Mocha, Pack of 2

Im deficient in vitamin D and also have acne so vitamin K and the omegas were such a plus for me. I got the mocha flavor and it kind of smells like mocha but it tastes just like oil which is a bit hard to get down but ill always prefer liquid supplementation over pills because of how much more quickly and effectively it gets into your system. Ill give an update each week for the rest of the month on if ive seen improvement. So far so good i think the brand is really high quality and i love that its organic.

quality product that holds up well over time, even in a hot desert climate. It gets cloudy, but never looks dirty or turned, and ive had mine for over a year. The mocha taste is good, but the oil is still too challenging to drink. If you can handle caster oil, you probably wont mind. I end up avoiding it, which isnt what u want for daily nutrician. I know its the most bioavailable option, so I take it at home and chug something sweet after. But Im switching back to the most bioavailable capsules I can get instead. If my panels showed worsening D levels than they are already at, than I would unhappily switch back to this brand of liquid since it really is the best.

I really feel the difference from my old gel cap D3. I have much more energy when I use it. When I get sun naturally the instructions allow me to skip the dose for the day. It is easy to take in a small glass of water. The mocha flavor taste is pleasant. Lasts a long time and I will purchase again.

Tastes bad and has a greasy film no matter how you’r how you take it. I tried sublingual and couldn’t get the taste out my mouth or off my lips for hours. Tried to put in coffee figured it would hide the taste but all I could taste was the drops. The coffee was no help at all. My lips felt greasy after one sip so again the taste that lasted for hours with a greasy film. No refunds so a complete loss.

This is the only product that brought my husband's Vitamin D levels back into the perfect range. The added K2 was the truck and the ease of dropping it into his morning coffee allowed him the convenience to make it a habit. He likes the flavored one.

It may very well work for others but I could not handle the taste and feel of this liquid in my mouth. Just me. No trouble at all with the Vitamin B liquid. But for this supplement I had to switch to a capsule.

Reactions can happen. I took my first dose and with in minutes my tongue started to go numb and throat started to swell. I have been using a Vit D with K2 in Coconut Oil capsule with no reactions so thought I'd try this product. Unfortunately I will have to dispose of the order. Probably a great product for someone else.
