Unlike the cheap Neewer cage i purchased, this one works as advertised, charging two batteries simultaneously. Came with two batteries which might be handy in addition to the 2 batteries that i purchased for my new S5iix. Disappointed that the camera didn't come with a charger but very happy with this charger.It's a shame that i'm so disappointed with their universal cage that i won't consider the cage they've made for the S5ii. It looks good, but i'm too put off by the experience to give them a go.UPDATE: By way of an update, soon after i said I won't consider the Neewer cage for the S5iix, I wound up taking a closer look and actually purchasing the thing. Not to mix and match reviews, but I am very VERY happy with the cage. Very well built and has surprisingly turned me into a Neewer product fan! I've consequently purchased quite a few Neewer products and happy to report that contrary to my uninspiring experience with the cheaper universal cage, the S5iix is built just as well and is probably better than the very popular alternative brand that everyone seems to go for. Neewer will definitely be on the top of the list when I need accessories.

Good products for extra batteries
