Best and easy to use . Least amount of cleaning . Most practical product for excellent prize . I bought a few other ones ,which collapsed during cooking and were a pain to clean and to large to store . I use a foil tray underneath which I discard after each use so I'm only left with cleaning the stand . I had to order 2 for my brother in Switzerland as well . He is very pleased as well . Can't go wrong with this product . I only wish they would be available in more stores . But amazon is fast and prompt in shipping their order .

I have a couple of these (I have a VERY big smoker), but needed two more quickly to cook for a big party. I looked around locally and found two at a national chain store, but they were a different brand. The two from Old Smokey turned out to be more sturdy (better quality metal, and a thicker gauge), and held the chickens MUCH better. The other brand had a shorter frame (where the can goes) and as a result the chickens would tip over fairly easily. The two from Old Smokey will hold the chicken while it cooks, while you carry it to the table, AND while you carve off slices. Finally, I actually paid less money for the ones from Old Smokey. I've already ordered two more to replace the ones from the other company.

This is a great way to roast or grill chicken. It cooks evenly and the meat is moist and tender.

Love this! Keeps chicken standing upright throughout the process. Easy clean, sturdy! What’s not to love!
