Hi not sure if this is a one off .but the cable they are sending is a universal micro android usb connection.like most android phones.and this will not connect to the power bank to charge it up.It needs a micro usb C lead.Luckily I have a micro usb c lead for my phone so used that one.This needs to be changed

This is a great charger for anyone with a wireless charger enabled phone. I bought one for my boyfriend and he uses it daily now. He is ready for a new one however as the build quality isn't the best it has lasted him a long time considering the amount of times he has dropped it.
