i get severe knee pain and need something i can wear and still go about my day and this is really good. only downfall is i ordered an xl because i have bigger thighs and i definitely could have just stayed with the normal sizing. it still works, i just have to wrap it a lot. i was too lazy to measure, but i suggest doing that so you don’t get the wrong size lol

I went for the larger size thinking my knee’s where big but think I would of got away with one size, it is made very well and has given me very good support when I am having to stand at work.

With such a selection these days you have no idea of what is best for the price and when to step up if it increases quality and strength or you're just throwing it away.

This product is fantastic, it has really supported my knee through training, especially for HIIT training. I previously purchased another type of knee support but with the addition of the cross over supports it has really improved my ability to continue on with all types of training. I would highly recommend
