Perfect accompaniment to a Mac
I bought this dock to remove the multitude of cables on the desk, connecting my Mac to screens, keyboard, webcam, ethernet, etc. My desk now looks tidy and there's a single cable connecting to my MacBook (which also charges it).I was sceptical when ordering as the price of most other Thunderbolt 4 docks is significantly higher, but I've been surprised and this has been rock solid for the last few months.I've been using the dock to connect the following:- Webcam- Keyboard- 1Gbps Ethernet- 1 x Ultrawide display (HDMI)- 1 x 4K Monitor (USB-C/Thunderbolt)- 1 x PhoneI've had 0 issues, everything just connects and works as if it was connected directly to my MacBook. The added bonus of having a dock that is powered means you can still charge devices via the Power Delivery port even when not connected to a Laptop.Despite some confusing information online about M series MacBooks, this device allows you to connect TWO external monitors (I've not tried 3 so can't comment) and still use the built-in display, giving you a total of 3 screens, all of which are extended and not mirrored.A note on charging, this docks does seem to charge my MacBook very quickly and if you're using for a prolonged period of time, I would look into using an App to prevent the battery staying at 100% all the time as this can reduce the lifetime of your battery. I'm using https://github.com/actuallymentor/battery/The physical appearance of this device is also very good, it feels very well built and premium, the colours and build quality are definitely a compliment to a Mac.The one thing I would mention however, is that this device can sometimes get quite warm if charging a laptop and multiple devices at the same time, I've never had any concerns about it being too hot, but definitely something to be aware of - this was definitely a lot worse in summer when direct sunlight was warming up the dark grey exterior.Overall this is a great product if you're looking for a way to dock your laptop at a desk with a single cable, and I can fully vouch for the compatibility with Mac.

It performs as spec with a surprising downturn.
My Review can't go above three stars, because, the product came in with one flaw, and nothing is perfect. The Cable included with this unit is a USB 3.2 Gen 2 x 2 Gbps, henceforth although it has the branding of TB4 on it (meaning Thunderbolt 4) the Host device won't pick it up as a Thunderbolt Dock unless you use another cable. Once you are over that, and I had to buy a cable anyway, even though it would have been nice if UGREEN supplied a more normal (1.5m) cable sized for functionality more that saving a few cents, the device performs as expected and described on the product description. There are no extras or over performance out of the unit, it fits the place in my desk I designated for it, the charger is bulky but it makes it job. Overall I would recommend it if having the absolute best Thunderbolt 4 device is not the priority, due to the promotional £199 instead of £ 349 price - Which puts it in the middle of the options ladder. - I shall carry on testing its functionality and will add any findings I think relevant to add in my review.

Just works
If you’re like me and have a few laptops including one for work with a load of cables coming out of it, do yourself a huge favour and get this dock, plug everything into it and then have a single thunderbolt cable go to your laptop. It took me minutes to set this up and it just worked out the box. Chose this model as needed the HDMI, not all have one so be aware - but this one does. Now enjoying hassle free and easy transition between devices along with organised cables!

good brand but my mine failed after 2 months
This is a good product / brand, so i expect i was just unfortunate but some of the ports stopped working within a few months. Very surprised as the brand has a solid reputation. Running a busy commercial production company never want anything to fail, but it happens.

Gives my Imac a much more flexibility
My Imac only comes with 2 x Thunderbolt/USB-C connectors so this really limits the number of fast external drives i can use.The UGREEN Revodok now allows me to connect another 3 x fast USB-C devices with the third also being a thunderbolt port and one of the USB-C's also being able to charge a single USB-C device at up to 18 watts. There are also 2 x 5gbps USB-A and a single 10gbps USB-A , the dock just opens up so many more options with regards to faster drives, as the faster USB-C and A sockets are front facing it makes life so much easier should you want to swap drives out rather than feeling your way around the back of the dock or Imacs own connectors. The front facing card reader and head phone socket are also in a easy to get to place. Whilst i odnt use the display ports or Ethernet port buts its great to have the option. The dock is really well built and reasonably low profile although for £350 its a shame it wasnt a littel more cosmetically pleasing as its just a flat grey matt box, not that tyou spend much time looking at it but it may put some off if they have a very minimalist work space. One thing to make sure of is that you use high speed cables for your drive and also check the speed of the drives after install as i had at least two cables that i had ( my own cables not the one that came with the Dock ) were either not high speed or were faulty.A great dock albeit a little expensive.

Beware if you have Sonoma
This product looks the business and I guess if you want the advanced display features, will work fine. I wanted this for expanding external HHD and SSD capability on my MacBook Pro. I have MacOS Sonoma, and the problems started straight way with disconnecting disks every few minutes. Apparently, this can be a feature of Sonoma with disks and hubs - but it was too distressing for me to clear these messages all the time, so I sadly had to send it back. I now use just a small unpowered 4x USB hub for expansion, and this works fine, if a bit slower in transfer speed.
