Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card 3 Paperback – Illustrated, April 10, 2018

Since I was in middle school I would run home to watch Cardcaptors. I'm So happy that they brought it back in a new series! I'm 28 now but it's still so dear to my heart. 💕The only thing I would say that I wasn't happy with is that there is this sticky line of adhesive where I imagine there was tape. Not pleased with that part. But still got it for a good price.

I'm enjoying this new foray into the Cardcaptor series. It's a bit nostalgic to read and continues on flawlessly from the original two series. I am quite happy to jump on board again in this new story arc by the divine creators CLAMP.

Personally, I loved sakura as a kid and I showed to my niece now she is a fan, a little surprise for her and it's a book.(Clamp always give quality to their fans any anime, manga or graphic novels from this ladies is good)

In volume 3, we see Sakura's school and home life more, and we learn of a new classmate with a mysterious and absent family... sound familiar. That's my biggest criticism: at this point, the plot is too familiar and I'm worried about it as I prep to read the next volume. However, I still like the art style of CLAMP and the pacing of the story. I do wish that we saw Sakura interacting with Yue more often, it really feels like as his master he should be reporting in to her regularly even if she doesn't fully embrace her role in regard to maintaining his and Kero's existence. I also wish that the series would go back to what the "Clear Card" is and how is related to the previous stories more often to remind readers about that; not in every issue, but every two or three of them would be helpful.

Love this series so much. Getting to see Sakura and Li be a couple is sooo cute! Please keep making them!
