This chateaubriand beef tenderloin made our Christmas dinner over-the-top delicious! It is perfectly seasoned and absolutely fork tender. The package was gift wrapped. It comes frozen and fully cooked which makes preparation so easy just defrost and reheat for 20 minutes. I've ordered this roast several times and always got a good piece of meat. I have no complaints. It always came out great!

Loved that tenderloin was already cooked and all i needed was to just reheat it in my oven. Cut up potatoes carrots and fresh frozen sweetpeas and I add corn !!! My guests were astonished! 😲

We loved these roasts for aour anniversary dinner. Was easy to prepare. I made a simple pan sauce from butter and it turned to be finger licking good

Could not taste the beef flavor due to whatever they do to it. Would not serve to guests. Even my dog refused a bite. I want to taste beef flavor, not some chemicals. Not happy, but😣

Although it was a tasty, this was not burnt ends. It was just cubed brisket.
