I like it.
I got this for myself and overall it’s cute. I don’t have a tiny head but it works and I was able to make it work and I was able to fluff it up a little bit so you just have to work with it a little bit but other than that I feel like for the price it’s worth it. It is just a nice little accent piece whether you’re wanting to do something different with a look or something with a costume or whatever I am overall pretty happy with it like I said, I had to work with it a little bit to make it work for me, but I think for the price that it’s worth it in my opinion. It seems to be made nicely. I don’t know how many wares I will get out of it but if I keep it still up in a bag, I feel like it will last a while.I hope this review is helpful.

Review: SWEETV Feathered Headband (aka Fascinator)
The headgear is labeled as a fascinator ... but it's a fancy headband. The feathers curve along the headband so it's wonderful for a subtle fancy look. The feathers do not stand up like their photographs. The netting is a bit crazy. I wrapped it under the headband so it didn't stick out like an odd piece of fluff on the side of my head. You could also control the size and look with bobby pins depending on how you style your hair with this headband. The headband piece is plastic that is fabric covered. The outside is covered in black. The inside is tan fabric that feels like a thin suede so it "grips" your hair. It's lightweight and feels okay on the tightness.I would give this a 3.5 out of 5.

Works for costume wear but feels cheap
It's cute and would work for a halloween costume. However it feels very cheap. The netting is a cheap plastic and arrived all crumpled, giving it an odd shape. The feathers look fine but feel like hard glue if you touch them. Again, fine for a costume but not great quality or value.

Horrible
It’s basically a headband with flat feathers - just a few - and a ball of stiff netting that you cannot get to lay at all like the photo. Don’t waste your time or money.

Fascinating Fascinator?!
I was enchanted by the title and the mystique! It’s a “fascinator” like the royal family wears! What arrived was a headband with feathers and netting. It’s pretty, but not that fascinating. The netting was all scrunched up (see photo). I tried to make it look like in the product photos, but I failed (see other photo on my doll, Leia).I did wear it for an hour and to my surprise, it didn’t give me a headaches. Headbands usually do. I think it’s because the headband is very malleable. It is very neatly made (no glue blobs, smudges or strings. Nothing is fraying. The feathers are intact and neat). It is covered in a slightly shiny stretchy material, the reminds me a bit of leggings. The inside is covered in a light tan colored material. There is a single opaque rhinestone in the middle of the netting. There’s more than six feathers of varying fluffinesses. It’s very low profile and almost invisible in dark hair. There’s nothing wrong with it, and it’s crafted very neatly. It does what it’s supposed to do! So go for it!

Very subtle fascinator for less flashy occasions
Size: One SizeColor: BlackThis fascinator is a very subtle decorated headband, which makes this a good option for when you’d like to wear a headpiece, but feel too self conscious to wear something really flashy. The subtlety of this fascinator would be good for a more conservative occasions. The feathers and netting don’t stand out as much as they seem to pictured here. The headband is finished nicely on the inside and is flexible enough for it to arrive slightly folded onto itself. You’ll have to unfold the netting which turns out isn’t a bow; it’s only a flat piece gathered to look sort of like one. The flexibility of the headband is likely why it did not give me a headache while wearing. There is a single black rhinestone at the attachment point for the netting which is a nice touch. Happy fascinator wearing!

Cute, but the feathers don't stick up enough
I got this to wear to a production of Cabaret where we were encouraged to dress up. I thought it looked really cute with my flapper style dress. My only complaint was that the feathers on top don't stick up as much as they do in the photo. Otherwise, this looked really cute and I was happy with it.
