Poor quality
They were poorly made and did not work out of the box. I ordered three and thought I had a bad one when I attempted to install the first, but all three had the same problem with the manufacturing design.

Not great
Looks nice but doesn't work very well. Clicks and glitches while opening and closing it. And not cheap.

It is a good fit
I replaced an old Andersen 9 3/8” window straight-arm operator with this; installation was a breeze, and the fit was exact. It’s a well-made operator with all the parts to replace an old operator. Good to go!

Opened the new box, but as soon as I used the crank it fell apart and did not work.
