You get what you pay for
It came on the day after the promised delivery window 7 days I believe. For 500w it seems quite cool, not sure if it is the thermostat or the heater. Came with a damaged plug which I had to straighten, as I couldn't wait for a replacement

Great, effective for 1.5kw. Nice design.
Arrived sooner than estimated. Easy to set up. Nice design. Maybe a slight smell with first use but to be expected & hasn't continued.Good output, as expected, for 1.5kw.Used daily for 3 months - no issues.

Great little heater Bought for spare room/office, but have also used in bigger front room with open stairs & keeps us toasty & warm. Easily portable.

Great product crap delivery service!
Excellent little heater. Was extremely disappointed with the delivery service. Heater was left with someone 10 doors down who we've never met and just a scrap of card wedged in door frame saying "left with #7".
