It's easy to clean, it gives an even heat over the pan, and it's not heavy like some copper pans, basically it's a frying pan and I am happy with it.

A huge frying pan that's performs like a dream. The ceramic surface is ultra-smooth and double layered so you get non of the bad stuff associated with non-stick pans. It heats up fast and the heat is dispersed evenly and nothing sticks. It washes well in warm soapy water. I suppose the only weak link is the handle. It's does state on the packaging 'Sturdy Handle' but it really isn't. OK, it's not going to suddenly break off but it is short and uncomfortable to hold and I'm not sure why they couldn't have put a more substantial one on it. Can't really complain too much though given the size, performance and value for money

Lovely pan nice and light.

Great non stick, and good value for that, but very thin. The handle flexes at the pan connection when lifting it and the base is too thin. The base warps upwards when the pan is hot, making the oil flow around the perimeter and causing inefficient heating and uneven cooking.

I have been using this frying pan on an induction hob and it has performed well. It is easy to clean, a decent size and relatively lightweight although the handle could be more comfortable.

Only thing wrong with it the handle gets hot I brought another one and that was wonderful

In terms of quality I’d say this was mid-range. Mine actually arrived with a really tiny nick in the ceramic. I’m hoping that doesn’t have an effect on its longevity.Large but lightweight and fairly shallow, it’s the sort of pan I’d saute mushrooms in.Can be used on all hobs including induction. It can’t be used in the oven.Whilst it does say it’s dishwasher safe, it’s preferable to hand wash. I used warm water and a soft sponge and it cleaned up very well.Don’t use metal utensils with the pan as you’ll end up damaging the ceramic plating. Use plastic or wood.Aesthetically the pan is attractive, however I really don’t like the stainless steel handle. It’s flat and totally uncomfortable to hold. Because of this, it’s not a pan I’d recommend.
