a great way to protect from scratches for most. not the best for stylus users or those looking for drop/impact protection.
full disclosure: I received a second unit at no charge in exchange for an honest review through their "Skinomi Awareness Program."bought this immediately after receiving my iPhone 6 Plus a month ago. having used these types of films before, I was familiar with the install process which left me with a near flawless install. however, for those who haven't encountered this type of screen film, be patient and preparation is the key. wash your hands well and clean your iPhone's display before starting.the key is to not touch the adhesive side of the skin. having clean fingers will help prevent leaving fingerprints and residue if that happens. have sections of scotch tape ready to use, as applying them as tabs to help maneuver the skin during installation will help you greatly. also, once you've cleaned the display with the included wipe, wrap a credit card with it and secure it with tape to use as a tool to gently smooth bubbles from under the film after alignment.my install method: use 2 pieces of scotch tape on the non-adhesive side of the skin to assist removal from backing. apply a very, very light mist of the included liquid to the adhesive side of the film. ensure no dust has re-accumulated on the iPhone's display before using the tape as control tabs to align the film over the display. once the holes for camera, sensors, and home button have been aligned, fold the tape tabs over the sides of the iPhone to maintain the film's alignment. now use the card with cloth we prepped earlier to very gently smooth out any bubbles and begin contact of the adhesive to the glass. BE VERY GENTLE or you will create ruts where the adhesive makes contact more firmly in some places over others, or even stretches the film beyond the desired dimensions! once the adhesive takes hold, the skin will not contract to its former size, so this is "one and done," so be very gentle when smoothing using a credit card. work from the middle out to remove bubbles and use only enough pressure to glide easily. any more and you risk ruining the install! this is why you should use as little of the liquid as possible.if you have a low heat blow dryer, you can apply it from a distance of at least 12" to help the drying process. doing so may create some cloudiness, but this will go away on its own after 24 hours or less. for those without a low heat blow dryer, just leave your iPhone for a minimum of 12 hours before attempting to reinstall any case or bumper to prevent lifting of the film. otherwise, you risk getting foreign objects under the lifted edges, ruining all of your efforts. once dry, you can then, very gently, remove any remaining tape you used for alignment. just be very gentle as you can easily pull the film from the glass and disfigure it, so be very, very careful.as for the skin itself, it has a slightly gummy, gel-like feel. this is normal for these types of films. it's designed to heal after any damage to the surface. despite the positive, self-healing attributes to the skin, this surface tension may cause issues for those who like to use a stylus. the rubber nibbed styluses will have more friction during use and cause more wear on the nib. the newer, harder fine-point styluses now coming out for iPhone and iPad will also succumb to the surface friction of these types of films, so be aware of that before choosing a screen protector. otherwise, the self-healing properties and strong bond of these films are excellent in protecting the screen and body from scratches during daily use. this incompatibility with styluses is the reason I cannot rate any film of this type with 5-stars.

Great product, installation procedure will affect the outcome of how good it looks.
Well, my first experience with Skinomi was a bit traumatic. I received an older version bottle that required you to fill it to the top with water. I didn't do that so the liquid was thicker and dried very fast. So it was a struggle, and while using the credit card to push out bubbles, I made some indentations and scratches on the screen protector.Well, to confess, I looked at a couple wet install installations and learned some lessons. Skinomi was nice enough to allow me to return my damaged screen protector and actually sent me another water bottle.I just pulled out the second Skinomi screen protector tonight and decided to put it on my now bare screen. I made sure that the screen was very clean by using the included polishing cloth. Make sure it is very polished to look like new. After you're done wiping up the screen, use a flashlight and see if you can see small particles of dust. They will show up as light dots on the screen. Use your wipe cloth to tap them off the screen, and double check to make sure you've removed all you can from the screen. Now wet your fingers well with the water spray. The new spray bottle was this time filled to the top with the water solution. Once your fingers are wet, carefully pull off the screen protector with your wet fingers. The less you touch the sticky side the better. Now that you have the screen protector in your hand, make sure the sticky side is up. Apply GENEROUSLY to the screen protector on the STICKY SIDE.Immediately place the very wet screen protector on your iPhone and quickly move it around. Because of the layer of water, you should be able to quickly line up the bottom button hole and the top speaker and camera hole. Make sure they're lined up. If you don't get it right, carefully lift up the protector again and squirt the sticky side again. Once the screen protector is positioned the way you like, here's an important step that will make installation easy. Take a credit card and wrap it with the cleaning cloth you got with the kit. Hold down one side of the protector gently with your fingers, and gently push the water away from the center of your phone, from left to right. Then place your fingers on the other side and do the same, push water out of the screen with the credit card wrapped in the cloth cleaner. If you've done it right, the screen will look perfect. Believe me, I'm not delicate thing that can do very small detailed projects easily, but once I tried again I was very happy with the results. You will need to allow it to dry overnight. Any small bubbles will disappear by the next day, and you'll be left with a nice, clear protector that's slightly rubberized and very clear to the eyes. This screen protector is great because it actually follows the curve of the glass and covers to the edge of the curved screen. Once it's completely dried you can't tell it's there. I bought a different brand for my wife's iPhone 6 but I'm going to pull it off and install a Skinomi on it. I'm that confident in the Skinomi protection.Great buy! Because these are so cheap, you might do like me and buy two, in case you damage the first one. Or it can be a backup if you damage your first protector. They are so incredible for the small price you pay for them!

Fantastic
Brilliant item. All other screen protectors I've seen only cover the front and don't cover the curved edges and corners. This one covers everything. Easier to apply than other screen protectors I have tried too, previously I've lined up others, applied them and only after its stuck down have seen that it wasn't lined up quite right, resulting in having to peel it back and try again, and more often than not getting dust trapped under it, this one however can be moved around on the screen to get it lined up perfectly before leaving it to settle in place. I recommend applying it overnight as you do have to turn the phone off for a few hours to apply it, but well worth it. I wouldn't go back to any other screen protector now.
