For no reason I can see, the player just stopped working one day. Won't take a charge either. Looks like a circuit board just died. This thing is cheaply made and the UI is not user friendly. I should have returned it because I knew it would not last, but didn't.

This MP3 player sounds like the perfect music player. However, it is cheaply made and the volume control didn’t work. The plug in for the ear set was very hard to insert in the player. Confusing to navigate through especially since no instructions were included. It wasn’t very expensive so I guess I got what I paid for. Would not recommend. I returned this through Amazon. As always they promptly handled the refund.

If you're buying this to connect it to your Hyundai Tucson don't bother. It doesn't pair. Wasted my money. I don't think it's the device's fault. I think it's the car.

Last less than a month, it barely worked right to begin with, made a rattle sound. The buttons were complicated, and trying to turn up the volume was impossible. It never stnced to Bluetooth properly and if you paused the song you had to restart it from the beginning. Then today, went to unplug it from the charger and the screen busted. I have the insurance on it but am wondering if its even worth filing a claim. I guess you get what you pay for

I bought this for my elderly mom, so she could listen to her music in the nursing home. After unpacking, I was able to connect it to my computer, transfer some mp3's over. I was able to see the mp3's on the device and play them. I went to lunch. Came back and the screen was black. I figured it needed to be charged. I reconnected to my computer, this time it showed no evidence of connecting. I left it connected for quite some time, nothing. I tried switching it off and on again. No luck. It appears it died within the first 20m of use. Certainly not useful for my elderly mom. I'm going to request a refund via Amazon.

Volume was lower than expected, also when connected to Bluetooth Device and External Headset (Which I use during mowing) Volume seems less than when connected to Wired Earbuds.

I tried connecting this to my car, my headphones and my portable speaker, and even though it could find those things, when I tried to connect, I got "Connection Failed". The seller was quick to respond, but didn't have a solution for me. They offered me a refund, which I accepted. It's a nice little unit, and easy enough to figure out, I just wish I could have gotten the Bluetooth to work; pretty useless to me without that.

The thumb drive does not work. The actually mp3 player only worked a few days and just cut out suddenly with no ability to charge or anything. I am very disappointed and annoyed with this player. Cheaply made!! Poor Quality!! Worst thing I ever bought on Amazon..
