Definitely excellent resin! My favorite things about it are-Its totally crystal clear-Bottle is super easy to use compared to another brand of resin I am used to using, All you do is twist off the top, I poke a small hope in the foil to pour resin out of. Sooo simple..the other resin I was using I needed a knife and pliers just to get the lid off and the lid always would stick to the container and I had to use a knife again to pry it off (kinda dangerous) NONE of that with this resin though- The smell is not unbearable and the pendants I make have barely any smell once they are solidified, probably my favorite part of this resin-The price is better than some other resins, and the price on the catalyst is amazing as wellI'm using this resin to make orgone pendants and so far it seems very reliable, great price, and my pendants don't come out smelling horrible for days. Absolutely wonderful product which I will be using from now on

I've used other polyester resins for years, but just tried this one. Great product! Very clear, and it takes color very well. The catalyst comes separately, but that's really not much of a bother. I use these for wood/resin art and furniture, and it suits my needs just fine, particularly for my coaster sets.

Clear as a bell, and a bit soft to sand, and slower to set up, but it may have been the way I mixed it. I'll definetly buy it again!

This stuff is WAY more cost effective than the small 32 oz of stuff they sell at hobby lobby, etc. Works great. Note that you have to buy catalyst separately. The tint of the resin itself is actually a light blue, but it will dry clear. Some resins do have slight coloration to them when wet. This is not a problem.When you work with this, DO IT OUTDOORS. This stuff stinks really bad, but more importantly it is BAD FOR YOU TO BREATHE. Pros use a respirator to work with it.Going outside will do ok, but try to hold it away from you as you stir...don't get your face into it.Breathing it will cause respiratory inflammation which can lead to asthma like symptoms. It can aggravate the skin if touched though I have not had any problems. However it WILL make you stink and is rather hard to get off of you. Use acetone or paint thinner, etc... not that those are great for your skin either as they cause extreme drying, but better than this stuff.I do wish they included proper directions for using the catalyst. These resins are quite finicky and can either crack or never cure properly if you use the wrong amount.Also, since they cure by heat, you need different amounts of catalyst if you are doing something really thin, vs a larger block of stuff. It needs enough critical mass to get the reaction going.

Great product!

Easy to work with and nice clear finish. However it has such a strong odor to it, even if you air out the house will linger for a few days. Try to work with it on a balcony, patio or an outdoor shack.

pretty good priced casting epoxy and for the price cant beat it! The only thing I would say is to make sure you add enough of the mixing agent to make the molds hard and castable.....I didnt use enough on my first batch and it was crumbly and ruined my cast.

It is as clear as water. When you polish it, it looks like glass.
