For me, it did nothing & halfway thru the second bottle and I've lost no weight.

This is my second time ordering them. So far good flavor and they seem to keep my bowels empty which is good. I haven't lost any weight yet. And my cravings are still there.

I gained 3 pounds using these. Waste of money but at least they taste good. Hard to get out of the container as they are very sticky. Not recommended.
