It’s hot, it’s great!
This stuff is hot for a white boy, but once I figured it out, it’s fantastic. This is like a squeezable bibim sauce but with more texture and heat. It’s a small bottle, squeezable like a catsup bottle. If you’ve had anything Korean-related, you’ll know how to use this. Mix with rice or other things to warm it up. Squirt over the top of stir fry. As a dipping sauce (but be careful of how much you use on the bite - it’s pretty concentrated.Value: If you end up using a lot of this, it will get expensive. Given the somewhat high price (I picked it up on Amazon Prime Day), it’s worth keeping a bottle on hand it you’re going to dig into it 1-2 times per week.Don’t OD on this stuff at the start. A few days at the start of daily used will turn your taste buds against it. Why? Because you’ll want to try it on everything. This would be awesome on a burger. Mmmmm, burgers with hot pepper sauce….That’s it. Very worth it if it’s within your price range for a hot pepper sauce. You kind of have it in spurts, I’m almost done with my small bottles after about 3 months.

Nice and hot but won't blow your head off!
My Man eats a lot of very hot food and I do not. So that said, this hot sauce has a great flavor. It's not just a burning chili in your mouth. However, don't be fooled, this is a HOT sauce. The coriander is a great addition and goes well with the lime. The sauce is a sweet heat that lingers a little bit. He said it's particularly good when put on an all meat & mushroom pizza. We'll definitely be buying it again and trying the other flavors. So he loves it and I use it sparingly but love it. If you like hot stuff, try this sauce.

Hotter and more unique than other chili crisps
We have tried many chili crisps over the years. They are all great, and this one is as well. I do have to say, this is the first green one I’ve come across, which could be useful for presentation purposes. In terms of taste, this has an interesting lime and cilantro kick. I do not know what it’s traditionally used for, but I made some excellent tacos with it. I’ve also enjoyed it with chicken fingers. It’s hotter than the average chili crisp. The heat actually surprised me, especially because of the aforementioned unique flavors. Usually these types of crisps go in one of two directions: flavor or spice. This hits the right spot for both.My star ratings explained:5 stars = Exceptional. I recommend to friends.4 stars = Exceeded expectations.3 stars = Met expectations. Satisfied with purchase but not overwhelmed.2 stars = Failed to meet expectations but usable.1 star = Avoid.

Hot and Sweet
Calling this a sauce feels like a bit of of a technicality. The first ingredient is "Hot Chili Pepper" followed by "Sweet Chili Sauce," meaning there is more physical matter here than liquid, and it sure does show. This is not by any means a bad thing, but it does come off as a bit surprising when you go to squeeze out some sauce and a very thick almost-paste greets you instead. If this sounds unappealing I apologize, it really isn't, it just means if you want to use this as a dip you might want to thin it out a bit before using. Which might be for the best, because my biggest complaint might be fixed by this: This is a tiny bottle. Undiluted this sauce would last probably 4-5 meals, and that's if you're using it by yourself. If you plan to get this and use it for a family dinner I cannot see it lasting more than1-2 nights, and for $11 that's almost as hard to swallow as a spoonful of this stuff. Which brings us to the actual flavor, which I do really enjoy. It is very unapologetically spicy, but because its followed so quickly by sweet chili sauce it rides that line of sweet and hot expertly. If you want something both numbingly hot but also tantalizingly sweet, this might just be the trick. For me this is a 4/5, based solely on the small portion size. The sauce is delicious, I just wish you weren't paying so much for so little.

Hits like a brick
Wooo this stuff is hot at first then the cilantro comes through. It's fairly thick with nice chunks of chili for texture. It's a nice combination. I can think of so many ways I would use this. I probably shouldn't tell you cause I do strange things with my food and pretend I'm doing fusion cooking =} I think this is going to be a hit in a household where hot spiciness is appreciated. It's a hit with me.

Not a taste I really enjoyed.
I normally like spicy stuff, and so I sort of expected that I would enjoy this too. That sadly wasn't the case. It just had a weird taste to it. I'm not sure that it was a flavor pallet I had really ever had before, and it wasn't one that I will be rushing back to any time soon.
