Fits easily into a traditional quill stem without a problem. I had more of a problem removing the old stem.

Wrong size in packaging
It is 1"(25.4mm) -1/8 on the packaging but actual item inside is 22.2 diameter. What I needed is bigger diameter not this one that I received☹️☹️☹️
