I hope1. Water Pressure: The water pressure from the tap is significantly lower than what I expected. It’s affecting the usability, and I am unable to get a proper flow of water.2. Metal Discoloration: Additionally, the metal parts of the tap have started to turn black, which suggests poor material quality. This discoloration is not only unsightly but raises concerns about the long-term durability of the product.3. Value for Money: Given these issues, I do not believe the tap offers good value for the money I spent on it.I would appreciate it if you could look into these matters and provide a suitable resolution, whether it be a replacement or a refund.
