Great for carry-on baggage.
This bag is great, I'd been looking for a convertible bag for use as a carry-on for ages and chose Regatta as it's a trusted brand.Fits everything needed for a long weekend stay and was comfortable to carry or wheel along, came in well under carry-on weight. Feels secure when packed with the extra straps. Front pocket could be bigger but it was enough to fit passport, tickets, essentials etc. Laptop sleeve is redundant to me but is on the front side of the bag so your laptop wouldn't rest against the pull-along handle when packed. The handle mechanism was easy to pack around and didn't cause any problems. Bag had no problem standing up straight when not supported due to great plastic base that covers the whole floor of the case.Ryanair and easyjet have had no issue with it being carry-on.Unfortunately the top handle on the first bag broke, was very surprised as it hadn't been used much. Assumed this was a defect and the company replaced it straight away which was appreciated.

Rugged, flexible and practical
