I started using after finishing a bottle of Jamie Eason anti-bloat. You need to use Tyte twice a day (morning and afternon). In addition to increasing the amount of water I drink, I've noticed Tyte helps witht he bloat -- insofar that I no longer have that food-baby look. The difference between this and Eason's anti-bloat is that you only use anti-bloat in the evening -- and I found myself waking up in the middle of the night to pee. With Tyte, all that extra going to the bathroom is done during the day. Which one you choose really depends on your daily routine, though I think Tyte has the edge over Eason's product in eliminating the pregnancy-look bloat.

It hard to know how much this is making a difference. I am following the fitmiss supplement regime and losing weight, but I am also dieting, exercising and you are supposed to drink a lot of water with it. But so far I am getting good results.

I have been taking this for a few months now. I love it. I also take about 5 other fitmiss products and Tyte is by far my favorite. It has eliminated the extra water bloat around PMS time (and reg day to day bloat feeling), and that for me is important. All women can relate when I say, PMS gives the worst bloating and uncomfortable feelings. However, since taking Tyte, I have not had this issue. Now I'm sad because I cannot find the product for sale anywhere. It's either completely sold out from manufacture, or it's discontinued. Hopefully, I can locate this product asap as I'm almost out of my current stock!

They work! They help with bloating. Just wish the pills were smaller! Hard to swallow sometimes when taking these and the burn pills. Please invent a gummy version!

Definitely got rid of some water weight for me around my stomach and I take frequent trips to the bathroom with these. You HAVE to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day or this will not work. I drink about a gallon a day on these. They helped tighten around my abs a little bit.

I love how it makes me feel lean and rids the water weight. It was a great first time buy and I'll purchase again!
