Probably could have ordered the small
I ordered the medium because I wanted it loose enough to fit over my jacket. The vest on the model in the picture looks like it is super tight on her. Well, let me tell you, the medium is really big. There is absolutely no concern about ability to fit over my jacket, and in fact, I'm quite sure I could have gone with the small. The velcro straps are already in the furthest place -- not that there's much room for size adjustment. Now I'm a little worried the medium will fly all over the place when I'm not wearing my jacket. I'll give it a try at least. Happy about the quality and won't take off any stars for my own ordering mistake, but I will take off one star for a lack of adjustability with the velcro straps. I thought there would be more room to adjust, but there's just very little velcro to work with.

This is hands down the best reflective package for the price
This is hands down the best reflective package for the price. I run at night with my black dog. He and I share the vest, depending on how visible he needs to be. The arm bands double as collars and are also great on ankles! My only wish is that the pocket on the vest was large enough for my phone.

VERY SMALL
The discreption says it is for men and women. The product looked like it was exactly what I wanted if the size would have been correct. I'm a very average size man so I ordered a large (which I usually do) thinking it was adjustable. If the one I ordered was a large I would hate to see what a small or medium looks like. The large was so small I think it would be snug on a five year old. If you are considering buying this I suggest check the size chart and use a tape measure before ordering.

The vest is great, the reflective are super bright and visible. It runs very small just FYI. The reflective bracelets are definitely a great addition. I actually use them for my ankles.

The vest has a convenient key/card pocket. The fit is somewhat adjustable and it doesn't cause any discomfort or distraction while running. The arm bands are adjustable. They slip down my arm a little bit, but not enough to worry about them falling off.

Terrible! Doesn't glow
Terrible! Doesn't glow, doesn't reflect, is child-size, and generally not worth your money. Move on to something like highway workers wear. You'll be safer.

This fits fine, is super reflective, and lightweight. I'm a little annoyed because they depict a cell phone in the pocket of the vest and there is no way any cell phone in 2016 would fit in the pocket, it's a very small square, suitable for house keys maybe.

It's comfortable, lightweight
I use it during the day to increase my visibility both when walking my dogs, and riding my bike. It's comfortable, lightweight, airy, and compacts well when not in use.
