Amazing and cool. I keep them with me at night to help with night sweats. They are a bit cold on my feet for overnight, but I just use it to lay on to keep me cool. They work wonders. They are great and if you want you can put your hand in them as well. Good to use on your feet as they are made for, but I like to just rest on it. They are made of a Gel like substance, great to keep in a bag and put in freezer overnight. They stay soft and pliable , but last all night and stay cool. Great product material.

These delivered tonight and it’s so cold in NC that they were already chilled. I put them on immediately and they are fabulous! Without any extra refrigeration, these stayed cold on my feet for over an hour and they were still cold when I took them off. These feel incredible and my feet feel energized. The coldness surrounds your whole foot and ankle. I’m not going to walk around in them but they feel durable. I wear a 7.5 sneaker and these are perfect. They aren’t loose or too tight. There is no set heel, so they are the Goldilocks of Cold Compression Socks. I call them my Icy Feet. I ordered the 2 pack and it was money well spent! You even receive a ziplock bag to store them while they are in the refrigerator. You can also freeze them but I don’t think that will be necessary. They can be heated but that’s not why I wanted them. Watch my video!

LUV these! They are exactly as described & expected~ Thought they were a bit costly, but they're worth every penny.I sometimes have a lot of foot/toe/ankle pain (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) & these feel great. Very soothing, stays in place & has nice, wide, stretchy velcro strap.I bought 2; 1 frozen & 1 to heat up~They stay cold for about half an hour, which is fine, since cold packs should only be in place for 10/15 min anyhow.I havent had a chance to try heating one up yet.Super glad I bought these~

I purchased this ice sock as an alternative for an ice pack for my ankle surgery. I like that you can velcro it on and it stays in place as ice packs usually do not. I wear a size 7.5 shoe and it fits well and covers my ankle. A larger foot it may not cover your ankle and/or fit comfortably. It is convenient to use and chills quickly in the freezer. The reason for not giving it a 5 star rating is because it only stays cold for about 15 minutes. I do like the product and would recommend it.

Its amazing when frozen. But I wont be heating it again because while it keeps heat fine it let off a spell that stuck to me for a good while.But its amazing when frozen and I will definatly be getting a second one.

The very best cooling for injuries to the ankle and/or foot. Wear socks if you freeze these. They stay soft even when frozen. And they are all one unit. No inserts. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Wow!! I put these in my fridge (ordered two=1 pr) as soon as I got them. It was only a day or two later, laying in bed, & my feet were hot. I hate it when my feet are hot! No matter what time of year, 99.9% of the time, my feet have to be free, cool, not under any blankets, even if they feel like ice to anyone weird enough to check! All the sudden I remembered I'd ordered these. Excited, I got them out of the fridge.They were SO silky to slip on, deliciously chilly, and SO incredibly comfortable!!!! Perfect fit!! I fell asleep after about 15 minutes, VERY happy!!If your feet get hot...GET THESE!!!I wear about a 10-11 women's or 8.5-9 in men's shoes.

I am not a review writing person. I literally got these today. I threw them in the freezer when I got home from work, hobbling from plantar fasciitis, went to the bar, had dinner, and remembered them a bit later. I put them on, and....Holy wow. Ice freaking cold relief. Like, cold plunge loveliness without the mess of sloshing water. My orthopedist told me awhile ago to dunk my feet in freezing ass water and, this is that without the work. Just leave them in the freezer. Put them on. Feeties are gloriously chilled for a fantastic amount of time. And...you can walk around in them. AND apparently you can heat them up in the microwave for heat therapy if that tickles your fancy. Anyway. Lovely product.

Wow...put it in the freezer for almost 4 hours and it's really cold...and still very soft at the same time.I have plantar fasciitis and have been wrapping big blocks of ice under my foot...of course you get interrupted and have to get up, but first must remove the ice block...this sock changes all that. I'm thrilled!I wear a 8.5 women's shoe...sock fits perfectly fine!

I sprained my foot when I fell, yes my foot not my ankle but side of foot because my foot went sideways when I fell. I used it only for the Ice pack part. Because the sprain was on the outside it was hard to put an ice pack on it without it falling off and uncomfortable if I tried to sit with my foot sideways. This is perfect as it is easy to wear and covers all of your foot. Suggest that you follow directions exactly for maximum comfort. I highly recommend this product.

My husband and daughter both said it helped with swollen ankle and it felt nice. Only comes with 1 sock - wish they came with 2

Good quality - use it to ice my Great Dane's paw that swells - only thing he'll tolerate

Deceptive product, only comes with a single sock, the only time I've ever seen a sock sold individually, besides that works great, very nice and cold around the feet, would've given 5 stars and been recommending it to everyone if it came with a second sock.
