I wasn't quite sure what to expect from this. It was my first time trying it. But they're so good! The right amount of sweetness and super simple to male! Definitely going to get more.

Delicious and can taste the ube. A single bag was good for one breakfast for a family of 4. Pretty expensive.

I wasn't sure how it was going to taste, but it's delicious and somewhat similar to regular pancake mix. The texture is chewy mochi and better than normal pancakes and also taste sweeter. I also used oat milk instead of regular milk. The color is fun though having brownish-purple pancakes - they don't come out as purple as the pictures. It's a small bag and the mix is pricier-end for sure. It's a fun product and seems to be premium ingredients. Super tasty

This pancake/waffle makes was super tasty, my kids and I loved it. The texture is really gummy (because of the rice flour) so don't expect it to feel like normal pancakes/waffles.We made waffles with this but i would recommend doing pancakes instead, I think the texture would be even better like that.The whole bag only made 2.5 standard waffles, so it's pretty expensive for what you get.

I made these for my kids and they loved them! The color made it fun to cook and eat. They were ease to make and tasted good

I used this ube mochi batter mix to make mini waffles. The consistency is similar to other rice-flour goods, which means it is more chewy than a wheat flour-based mix. If you're aren't' expecting that, it might seem a bit off (but it's the way its supposed to be.)I wish the ube flavor was more pronounced. I might add some additional flavoring next time. I used half the bag to make my mini waffles, so I have another half for my next food adventure (will be waffles again because I prefer them to pancakes.)I lightly drizzled them with ube condensed milk, which I just happened to have on hand. I love all the purple!
