I've seen a lot of negative reviews but let me tell you my experience with this phone.Two years ago my neighbor nearby had a family member staying him named June from the Caribbeans. June works in construction and we became friends and he built me a beautiful backyard brick barbecue grill and didn't ask for anything!When I found out my new friend didn't have a phone of his own for me to stay in touch with him on Whatsapp etc.. I was sad and thought I would buy him a phone for a gift and obviously I wanted something that wouldn't break. I looked at a lot of options because how would my friend replace the phone from overseas? I asked June recently how the phone was working after 2 years and he said "perfect." June is currently working on a job site building a 4 story home for someone from New York and he sent me photos of the home with this phone. The quality of the pictures of the home looked beautiful. June said "I've left the phone in the sun by mistake, left it in the rain and dropped it a couple of times. The phone is great. I don't have to worry about it breaking while I'm working, you know what I mean?" I wonder if you can drive a truck over the phone without it breaking which was one of selling points when I bought it lol.The only downside I noticed and others have noted the same thing inserting the sim card is a bit difficult compared to other phones but not impossible. The process took me only a couple of minutes maybe because I'm delicate with things when I need to be.5 Star Product - Thumbs Up!

This is a good temporary or burner phone. It's nice that it's waterproof but it's otherwise clunky, slow, and not easy to use. It's a good secondary phone for when you may be hiking or traveling or going to the pool where you fear your primary good phone could get damaged.The speaker sounds like crap after a quick submersion in water.It's nice that there is dual sim capacity which makes taking it international a bit easier.The camera is nothing special at all. If you take a lot of pictures with your phone and this is going to be your primary phone look elsewhere.It charges slowly but keeps a charge for a good amount of time.The instructions are terrible and there is very little online to help with troubleshooting aside from emailing their tech support.

My baby plays with my phone and throws it very frequently, So I have to buy a new case every alternate week. With this phone, I feel don't need to case also. Luckily my Indian sim is also working without any problem.Pros:1) Budget-friendly2) Rugged design3) The battery is good in standby mode and doing ok while using the phone4) Water, Dust & Heat resistant5) The camera is also ok.6) Expandable memory7) Dual SimCons:1) Changing the sim itself will take time.2) lack of 4g3) Slow chargingOverall at this price, it is a decent phone. And I will recommend this phone to everyone.

For the price this is a great device. I don't use it for cell service.. just wifi or hot spot it to my other phone. responds great, Android 7 OS works fine.. but not sure if it will update to OS 8 that recently was released. Camera is good, see small details and works fine as a water camera.

At first I was impressed by it's out word appearance and feel but then I insurted my TMobile SIM card and found that the cobot king Kong is sorely inadequate. And I have found out that this phone is incompatible for majority of TMobile services and I find myself waiting for an internet connection even with an unlimited data plan

Buen, dia me dicen en la tienda, que tiene que estar, desbloqueado la gms card y que me cotactara con intended, me pueden ayudar eso. ( Nota: Segun las caracteristicas de el cell, es compatible para la compañia en la cual me Dan el servicio. De telefonía, sólo pr WiFi me estoy comunicando gracias)

The main thing for me was no instructions. By the time I figured it out, its no longer water proof. Otherwise I would say it's a good phone. Connects to so many other things. The only phone that I have had that connects to My Magic jack with very strong Signal.

very happy with the phone my son throws the phone. no damage at all. he has wrecked a g4 a v10a stylo 3 and a 3+ i would recommend this phone even though it is only 3 g any questions feel free to ask
