I replaced all the toilets in my house with this model. My handyman installed all 3 easily/quickly in a couple of hours and they came with all the required parts! It's been working great for many months. It's quite comfortable and worth the money. The integrated bidet is amazing - much better/easier than having an external one (which breaks and leaks or kids leave it open). The auto-flush is also great, especially with kids who used to forget to flush sometimes :) The bidet gets disabled automatically when the toilet is not used! It's quite nice in those cold days as well as it keeps the seat warm, along with warm water and air dryer. The auto-foam is also nice to keep things clean and smell nice. The only problem is once you get used to it, there is no going back to normal toilets! The only cons I can see that it does not have WiFI/app to control certain features instead of using some combo settings on the remote itself. To enable Auto-Foam, Auto-flush, etc. Or even update some of its Voice commands to work on different prompts. Please add that!!

Good packaging was evident based on no damage to the bidet despite the abuse the outer box obviously received during shipping. Logical strapping made it easy to unpack and prepare for installation. As a handy man, I was fully prepared for any installation issues. Of note: The preexisting water supply in our home came through the floor inside the footprint of this device, so it had to be relocated. Even so, a couple hour later, the new water line was installed and working. Also, the water couplings are not exactly standard for most of the USA, so be prepared for a parts run to adapt. Check all of the parts carefully and note the sizes before starting installation. Installation was otherwise no problem, and the provided hardware is good quality. The appearance and operation of the bidet toilet are excellent. A strong, thorough, cleansing flush, quiet operation, intuitive remote controls make for a nice experience. We have yet to try the foaming wash feature as we await the cleaning solution delivery. The single serious complaint is the small lettering and black letters on the dark background on the remote. It is difficult to read in a dimly lit room. I suggest larger letters and much more color contrast in the lettering. Overall, an outstanding product. Edit and update: Woodbridge was kindly attentive to my review and has promised to provide a remote with more easily viewed lettering, apparently black lettering on a white remote. In anticipation of the extra effort on their part, I have changed my review to 5-stars as this was my single complaint of any weight. The device continues to operate well, and we are happy with the excellent product.

We purchased our Woodbridge SB-1000 smart toilet in July, and it has been an outstanding addition to our home ever since. The overall quality of construction and design feels premium. After several months of daily use, we’ve had zero issues. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the SB-1000 and would absolutely recommend it to anyone considering upgrading to a smart toilet. It’s one of those rare purchases that feels worth every dollar once you’ve lived with it.

I really like this toilet. I’ve been planning for over a year and working on my bathroom refresh for the last four months and a smart toilet was on the wish list in my brain. When I got to the point where I could order it, I searched through all of the Amazon wormhole of smart toilets, and Woodbridge came out as the top. Installation was easy, although I did need to use an extra wax gasket as my flange was below level. I was able to do so myself, but I would recommend that two people do it. Functionally it is amazing. I love the no touch feature, how it automatically opens and closes and flushes. The only negative I could give it is that the remote is a really beautiful charcoal color, but if you don’t have the lights on, you can’t really see its functions. But it’s easy to remember where they are for the front and rear wash and there’s also the knob on the side that you can turn quite easily. I haven’t tried the phone function yet, I am awaiting the foaming agent, but I suspect that will also function as expected. All in all, highly recommended. Will most likely end up getting a couple more for my wife’s bathroom and our Airbnb‘s.

Was happy to make this purchase on Amazon Prime day and got $300 off. It pays to wait for discount if you can wait. Didn’t give a 5star review since the wall valve provided is a dual port which requires experience in pipe fitting. Other manufactures have valves that attach to your existing plumbing which allows the knowledgeable do-it-yourselfer to handle the task. HOWever, this is a sturdy and quality build unit. My plumber said that he has seen many of these types of toilets prices led much higher with lesser quality. The unit operates quietly and flawlessly. Highly recommended. However, please watch great Woodbridge installation videos before purchasing to make sure you want this type of plumbing coming from the wall of your bathroom. I have yet to turnout the foaming cleanser feature but will soon. Purchase with confidence.

We purchased this smart toilet in September 2024 for our master bathroom because our 80 yo mother has Alzheimer's and Dementia and she was starting to forget how to perform basic tasks such as eating and going to the bathroom. She needs assistance with everything - she was forgetting to wipe, flush, etc. This bidet has made taking care of her soooo much easier. We help her to the bathroom and the bidet automatically opens the toilet seat, when she's done it does its job and cleans her up and dries her and when she leaves it auto flushes and closes the lid. The bidet was a god send in terms of caring for mom, but beyond that we also love it for ourselves -it leaves you feeling fresh and clean after each use and the temperature controlled toilet seat, water and drier are amazing - no more cold toilet seats! Quality and Comfort get 5 stars. It has also cut down on the use of toilet paper and since we are on septic tank this is a huge bonus. The bidet is also pretty simple to clean and maintain. We loved this bidet so much we purchased a second one in November for our second bathroom. I did have them professionally installed since I am just not a handy person - but the installer said it was an easy install. The one thing I would nit pick is that it is hard to read/see the symbols on remote control - I don't know if its the color or style of font on the pictures - maybe just the contrast between the background on the remote and the color of the symbols but it is really hard to see/read. I had to take pictures of the remote with my phone make the image bigger and read it that way until I memorized the buttons. Overall highly recommend - worth every penny we spent.
