Ive been searching for a new product to help grow my business, and stumbled across this dtf printer, and I have to say, it's been quite an experience! Setting up the whole system was easier than I expected, when I ran into some problems I was able to reach out to tech support and they were very fast at helping me solve my problems even while being on different time zones. I used the computer to design some graphics, and the printer handled the prints flawlessly. The colors came out vibrant and accurate, which was amazing !After printing, I used a heat oven to cure the designs, and that process was pretty straightforward too. The temperature and time had to be adjusted but other than that it was super simple to use. Just a few minutes in the oven, and everything was set perfectly. Everything that you need comes with your purchase, the curing powder can be a bit messy, however it’s very simple to use.Overall, I’m really happy with how everything turned out. This combination of a DTF printer, the computer, and the curing process has opened up a lot of creative possibilities for me. If you're looking to expand into something new for your business, or even just a side hustle, your money will be well spent with this purchase !

I just finished the setup and printed my first couple of images. The software was not as user friendly as it could be for creating the image, but I figured it out on my 2nd try. It prints so colorful, and the powering was super easy. They told me the correct temp and time to bake in the oven and it came out beautifully. Tech support rocks! It did take a few hours to get it all set up from start to finish, so give yourself some time to do it all. All in all, I am very pleased!

Overall excellent. I’ve had the Lancelot A3 l1800 printer for about 10 weeks now so I can give it a reasonable review at this point. First, I am a hobbyist printing only a few shirts each week. As such, my review is based on the ease of routine operation and maintenance.This is my second DTF Printer. My first was also an EPSON L1800 from a different vendor, so same basic operation but much different firmware, software and panel controls. The previous printer required frequent maintenance to prevent printhead clogging and waste ink pump flushing. In the 1.5 years I used it, I replaced the printhead twice.(1) Maintenance: Since I placed it in service, maintenance has been limited to minor cleaning and ink reservoir filling. I have checked the printhead, buffers, waste ink pump and found that they have not needed servicing up to this point. It is noted that the printer circulates ink, even when turned off, if the power is maintained. There is a recommended process if you wish to power it down for any extended period.(2) Print Quality: When printing, I found it is good practice to perform a head cleaning operation and add a small color strip to the first portion of my print to get the white ink flowing. After the first print, ink is consistent, and the prints are excellent quality. While the printer is set up for A3 film sizes, it works fine with A4 films as well.(3) Directions and videos: This is a weak point. Their documentation and videos are very basic and do not necessarily match up with the actual controls on the machine. Even the stickers on the machine do not match up with the actual controls and their functions.(4) Service: I must give them an excellent on this. When I first got the machine, I found that some of the contents of the USB drive that came with the machine were corrupt. I called their service line, but since it was a weekend, there was no answer. To my surprise, I received a message through Amazon from them attempting to contact me. Their service representative was very helpful and patient and provided a download link for the corrupt files as well and walking me through the initial setup.I am extremely happy with the Lancelot A3 l1800 printer and hope to make many fun products with it.

The media could not be loaded. I am in love. This will make my business go so much smoother. The set up was step by step. My customer service was amazing. The only thing is that you have to wait to be on their time zone, which for me was about 8 pm. Communication is through what’s app. They send videos and they make sure that you are doing it correctly by having you send videos.My first print came out really smooth. I pressed it on a white shirt, pink shirt, and a black shirt. All are great, presses. My package included everything. And they give you loads of ink.FYI. The computer is inside the oven.

I had high hopes for this printer. When it does work it is amazing. When I received my printer I got it all set up and contacted the tech support. It failed right away. After about a month of occasional printing they decided to send me a new printer. I recieved it and started to set it up. It was obviously a reconditioned unit. At first it didn't want to print but they helped me to get it working. Now 3 weeks later it is faulting again. Take this how you want, maybe I am just unlucky...

The first printer i ordered, I received it with at least 5 bottles of the ink busted inside of the box and i called to voice my concerns and was immediately put in for a replacement. Once I received my replacement, I contacted tech support to help me set it up. Levi was very helpful in assisting me. I was up til 1:30 a.m. trying to set the printer up and had to be up for work at 5:00 a.m( can we say sleepyatwork.com🤣). I really appreciated the time and effort Levi put in helping me set my printer up. I did my first print today and I ended up chatting with Frank because the black ink was leaking onto my image. Frank immediately sprung into action and walked me through everything I needed to do to prevent that from happening. My first print after all the help was great and it looked amazing until I accidentally touched it🤦🏾‍♀️. I would definitely recommend this DTF printer to the next person. The Customer Service was A1!!
