Foot Soothers Dual Pro Sole Memory Orthotic Arch Support Insoles Shock Absorption Metatarsal

I have desperately been trying to reduce the pain from plantar fasciitis, heel pain, back of foot pain. Tendons and all the way up the back of my calves. Ive tried all sorts of arch support ones and all though they have helped reduce the pain the arch support digs in my foot and causes me more pain. I then went for these. And they were amazing at first. The comfort is great but I realised a bit too soft for me and I need more support: the thing I dislike about these is the bobbly bits at the front. After doing a 2 mile school run I could feel them under the foot and made walking uncomfortable and my feet felt like they were burning over that area. They protrude too much for me. I need a flat base but over all quality is excellent and would help someone not so sensitive to pain in all areas of the foot

Bought these when the steel toe-capped boots that were provided with my warehouse work were killing my feet. They helped, and I wouldn't be without some insoles to go in my work boots, but changing the boots for a better brand sorted the problem out - I think very inflexible soles on the provided boots was the main cause. Anyway, took the much thinner insole out of my new work boots and put these in, so better soles and better insoles, so now I can walk miles and miles at work and only need to worry about my aching back and shoulders. Have had them for 8 months and work two 12 hour shifts a week and they're still going strong, so thumbs up from me.

I've bought numerous pairs of these insoles now. I have them in all my main wear shoes/boots. They are comfortable, supportive and make my hiking boots especially super wearable for all day walks. Highly recommended.

I bought these to replace those in my ten year old sons school shoes, which had worn through.I bought them knowing they would be a little too large to fit, so it was good to see that they are designed to be trimmed and shaped - we didn’t just cut to the recommended line for the size we wanted, we used the old insole as a template and trimmed accordingly.They were then a perfect fit, and my son was really surprised at just how much better they felt immediately. The cushioning and support is far above anything you get as a standard insole, and whilst we were worried that the extra thickness may affect how well the shoes fitted, this has not been an issue at all.A great pair of insoles that has given a pair of shoes a new lease of life and undoubtedly gives superior cushioning and fatigue reduction than the originals. We will OST definitely but again, and completely recommend them.

I have used these before. They last well and are very comfortable. I did not want a rigid or high arch support as I have low arches and mostly find standard orthotics uncomfortable. I just wanted some gentle support and cushioning that would enable my foot to move normally. These are idea for that, but they do need to sit inside a supportive shoe or trainer to work well, otherwise they will flatten out in the arch area.

These look as though they would really do the job - but I would have to buy new shoes in order to try them out. They are really thick. I have put them in my walking shoes but they make my walking shoes too tight. So it makes it all rather an expensive exercise. I would have to go a size up in order to use these soles. Hence my only giving them 3 stars. For me, a waste of money.

Bought these for a pair of size 4 ladies walking shoes and they were over a centimetre too short - really disappointing as they were advertised as "true to size". They looked OK in terms of quality, but useless if they are too small for the shoes.Sent them back and it cost me £2 to post them! Emailed the seller, no response.

I have plantar fasciitis and I’ve been wearing these insoles inside trainers, they are so comfortable, and better than other items I had tried previously. I would definitely buy them again. However, it would be better if they were a darker colour on the sole, rather than bright yellow, for wearing in more open shoes or perhaps sandals.
