The Best Compromise!
I never liked the tv-over-the-mantel look so this was the big compromise between my husband and I - he gets a new tv and I get artwork when we’re not watching. Pictures do not do it justice! The artwork has no glare, and there’s a huge selection in the Samsung art store that I constantly have on rotation. The tv of course looks great - very flat, lightweight. The only hiccup was setting everything up through the remote and the phone app - took us a little bit but we figured it out. Be aware that you must purchase a frame for the tv separately and that will add up. Would I buy it again? Yes! Everyone loves it when they see it and are surprised when they learn it’s a tv.

55 inches is actually really big
i love everything about this tv so much, but i bought a 55 inch to replace my 36 inch and quite honestly, i wasn't not ready for all those inches! I know people have 100 inch tvs or whatever but unless I move my couch into the backyard, it's just not gonna work. so i'm exchanging it for the 40something inch.but like i said, i LOVE this TV

Samsung will Try to Hold Your Hardware Ransom To A Subscription! Buyer Beware.
Setup is a PITA because of modern smart-garbage user-account based nonsense. If you manage to get your own photos on the thing via usb stick without falling prey to their attempts to have you subscribe to their BS art store, you will be greatly disappointed when in about a month or so all your photos disappear and the ability to add them goes away as well. Turns out that Samsung gates that behind having the computer connected to their servers, logged into a user account, and a subscription to their art store. I didn't buy this to display their art, I bought it to display our company's logo, which is a photo as far as the tv is concerned. I would never have bought this thing even on sale as it was, if I knew this was coming. I hate the nature of tech today, changing the product you purchase to be something worse after the fact as a cash grab. Don't reward Samsung for this behavior. Buy another tv and connect a computer that will screensaver art for you. Better to get a cheap tv and replace every few years due to burn in than facilitate this crappy business model. Also, the wifi speed for things like airplay is pretty trash compared to plugging in an Appletv via hdmi and using the AppleTv's airplay, so just get a dumb tv if you can find one.

Everything I wanted and more
Exactly what I was wanting for the TV in our living room. Excellent quality, incredible aesthetic. The TV wall is directly across from 2 large windows and the Frame is completely glare proof… the transition was game changer. We love choosing artwork and changing it based on the season. Now everyone in my life wants a Frame TV!

Mostly great!
We've had it up for a couple of months now. Every day, multiple times a day, even 5 minutes apart, I get a notice on the screen to optimize it. I love being able to upload whatever photo I want. I'm not paying for a subscription after paying for the ability to put artwork on it in the first place. Otherwise it's a giant black box in the middle of my very light and muted living room! Hubby wanted a bigger TV that is nearly the width of the fireplace, I didn't want a giant imposing black wall. Here we are. Hanging it was awkward and scary to get it so high because it's so big, but with the help of our daughter, we got it. You need at least 1 really strong person and two others on the job. Or two really strong, fit people to hang it high or 4 regular people. I think it had more to do with the height we put it at above the fireplace. It's probably fine in a more normal space, but here it was scary! My other "complaint" is that the cost of the "frames" is ridiculous and the fact that you can't get even one option included. If you look at the picture that's advertised, it has one on it and I guess I didn't read well enough and foolishly expected that to be included. To my surprise, no, that's another $400+!All in all, the picture and sound are good. The remote control is simple to use, somewhat similar to an apple TV remote, though it doesn't control the apple, so I still have to use both for certain apps, but that could be a user error and I haven't had time to really study it.

32 inch doesn’t have an invisible cord
Adore the Frame, we have one in our living room and I wanted something small to go in my office. I was sad to see the 32 inch model doesn’t have our 50 inch’s same “invisible” oneconnect cord, it is more bulky and opaque gray. Doesn’t affect the TV at all and works like a charm. Was just hoping for that slim clear-ish cord.

Easy to set up
This is the second Frame TV we purchased. The anti glare screen is awesome. Picture is brilliant. By far the easiest TV to set up, use your phone for easy set up. took me 30 min from out of box to watching to include mounting it on the wall.

More Style Than Substance
I wanted to love this TV. It delivered on its promise to blend design and functionality, at least on the surface. The flush mount capability is excellent, and the One Connect Box allows for a clean, cable free aesthetic that genuinely elevates any space. The matte, antireflective display is a standout feature, making both artwork and video content look striking, even in bright roomsBut once you get past the looks, the experience gets a little rough around the edgesFor a premium price point, the software and smart features don’t quite keep up. The OS often feels sluggish, and app integration can be frustratingly inconsistent. The voice control on the remote is also hit or miss, more often misinterpreting commands than getting them right, which quickly makes it feel like a gimmick rather than a usable toolPicture quality is solid in SDR and everyday use, but if you’re expecting high end HDR performance, temper your expectations because this isn’t the TV for cinematic contrastIt’s a design forward lifestyle TV with a few impressive tricks, but it falls short of justifying its premium price if performance and smart features matter to you. Great form but honestly average function
