Frying pan buckled after a month and Procook refused to replace/ refund.

We offer a 25 year guarantee with all our Professional Anodised cookwareYet when I contacted them they told me it wasn't suitable for an Aga "as stated on their website", but no where in the Amazon description did it say this - i should not have to examine their website for small print before buying through Amazon. Avoid their products and their "passionate quality and service"UPDATE: AFTER COMPLAINING FURTHER PROCOOK HAVE AGREED TO REPLACE THE ITEM - HOWEVER I URGE YOU TO EXAMINE THE "SUITABILITY" CRITERIA AS FOR SOME REASON ITS NOT GUARANTEED ON SOME COOKING APPLIANCES

Warped and burned
Non stick coating started to come away and base warped. Pro Cook refused to replace saying I’d used on induction above “moderate” heat so was not covered by guarantee. What’s the point of a frying pan you can’t heat up and what’s the definition of “moderate”? It’s not a unit of measure.

Lovely pans
Wanted a set of pans that could go in dishwasher and last longer than a year, these should do it. Lovely to fry in, with a great non-stick surface. An additional bonus is that you can stack them inside each other which uses the cupboard space of almost one pan. I am going to some spacers to protect the surfaces,Great pans , totally recommend.

Uneven bottom don't waste your money
This set of pan is good to show off, but not for chocking. The bottom bends in the center when hot, as consequences, the oil does not spread evenly and the lack of contact with the hob ceramic surface prevent the pan to reach a decent temperature. In the end, my chicken breast scaloppine came out under-seared and very dry. If you have a ceramic hob stay away from this Pans.

Ok But Not Fantastic, Overpriced For What They Are
I bought these during the first lockdown so almost a year ago. They have been extensively used as I've done more home cooking over the last year than I ever have done before. The non stick is starting to show signs of wear even though I have never used metal utensils on them. Not bad but a bit disappointing considering the price I paid.

Transformed my Kitchen
I've (stupidly) been struggling along with my previous set of pans but given increased cooking time due to the Lockdown, I decided to treat myself and the family to new pans.Wow, what a change, cooking times reduced, more even heat, easy to handle and they can go in the Aga oven.Cleaning has never been easier and very quick.

These pans are amazing they look good and are easy to clean I bought these for my new induction hob I am very pleased with them.
