These seem to be good quality and easy to take daily. No strong aftertaste, and the capsules are convenient. Overall, a solid supplement option

Instant results!
The difference is obvious... I have PMOS (PCOS) and am prediabetic, and am desperate to move out of the prediabetic range before it's too late. I wear a cgm to track how different foods affect my blood sugar. I try to eat low/healthy carbs, eat proteins and fats before carbs, walking after eating... And while that all does make a difference, when I added this bitter melon supplement it made an instant and noticeable improvement over all that. I posted a screenshot of my cgm weekly review and put a heart around the day I started taking the bitter melon when I ate a large meal (ie: lunch/dinner) and you can see how much more consistent my blood sugar was. And, I was unable to be as strict with my eating this week due to work, so those weekend days when my glucose was better also happened when I was eating more carbs than I normally do. This stuff is incredible... And more so because I don't have to actually eat bitter melon!

Great alternative to the raw version
I've been taking bittermelon tablets for a few weeks now, and I've noticed a steady improvement in my blood sugar levels and overall digestion. The tablets are a convenient alternative to the raw fruit, which has a very bitter taste that's hard to manage. I feel more balanced and energized throughout the day. It's not a miracle cure, but as a natural supplement, it's been a helpful addition to my routine. I have already purchased it like 6 times already.
