I really like this Garnier Rose Water Toner. It feels gentle and refreshing on my skin, leaving it feeling clean, soft and hydrated without feeling heavy or sticky. Love me a rose toner. I have the cleanser to match & love the way they feel on my face. Adds moisture after a cleanse & rebalanced the skins natural pH. Great price as I pay £10 for my old rose toner that does the exact same thing, smells the same, has the same ingredients!
