If your an athlete carrying multiple items and shoes around just get this. I resisted it for a while but once I got it - it made my travel to and from practice so much easier and not dropping shoes everywhere.

I wanted to hook my gym shoes to the outside of my bag and these work perfectly. Easy to put your shoes in and out, despite my shoes being large. Would recommend.

We are in an out of tournaments and having the shoes out of the bag keep them from stinking up all her uniforms. Got a couple. So handy.

Similar to winter crampons.I wear a size 11 and they fit well without the need of excessive force. Very easy to use. The carabiner is not the best quality but it does the job.
